Auto-line V Auto-line IV consists of feeding shelf, leveling and grooving device, hydraulic notching and punching device, hydraulic plate-shearing machine, displacement-type pittsburgh lock forming machine, automatic feeding platform, double-driven TDF flange former and double-driven single hem former, servo feeding platfrom and TDF hydraulic folder. The whole electrical part is controlled by computer. Feeding is driven by servo motor to the folding device, so the positioning precision can be assured. Especially when producing ¡°¿Ú¡±square duct, the folding precision is assured. The maximum feeding speed is 16m/min and the length tolerance is ¡À0.5mm. Line V can produce TDF flange duct and angle iron flange duct, during which the line is easy to be adjusted to produce one.
This line saves ***ce, adopts linear processing, and features with high efficiency. It can produce¡°¿Ú¡±shape duct with little section, the minimum section area can be 200¡Á200mm for TDF flange duct.
